I've never seen City on Fire so I'm holding out for that 4K. Very excited.

"Stardust. That's it."
"How do you know?"
"Because it's me"

It also proves that Star Wars doesn't have to be just one thing, which I hope they continue with going forward with new projects.

Crystal Skull, for me. Spielberg at his most paint-by-numbers. Even other bad ones like Hook have an energy to them, like he was at least interested in making it.

I've always felt a lot of it has to do with all of the dead air in the scenes. It's like all of the characters are just waiting for their turn to talk instead of having conversations. It's more prevalent in II and III. A combo of Lucas's directing of actors and everything being green screen.

I love that whole bit at the end, Cruise frantically trying to prepare her, him being essentially dead while she fights off the bad guys, the look on Crudup's face when he gets shot. It's a great sequence.

It's honestly my most anticipated movie of the year along with Mission Impossible, and I plan on seeing it in IMAX Saturday and probably at least one more time.

Fury Road in a close second but yeah.

The third act of this is the best Indiana Jones anything.

Billions of people are going to suffer and the world forever damaged because of that $2.76.

I gotta respect that 8 episodes of character building were for the sole purpose of it being funny that he fell into a pond.

I just picked this up on vinyl for $5 at a used shop! I was so excited.

The Vader stuff, especially the hallway at the end, is super cool in a vacuum but doesn't belong in that movie.

I wish it had one more action scene in the middle somewhere. For some reason it just always feels like it's short a beat. Still a great flick!

I saw Fury Road at the cinema a few weeks ago and the dead silence of the full theater after the sandstorm coupled with at least 3 people that hadn't seen it before going "holy shit" just can't be replicated at home.

I just finished Reign of the Empire, it was pretty solid. Definitely a bit of an Andor vibe.

It's good, especially compared to the recent MCU drivel, but that's just getting carried away.

Really curious how they're dividing up the season because some of the stuff in the trailer happens pretty late in the game.

You can almost read this to the beat of "we didn't start the fire"

It's not great but it's not awful. I respect that it didn't just try to ape the original the whole time. It actually had some neat ideas and updates.

It's safe to assume the majority of people with more than $2M in the bank are sick and perverted.

I would spend so much money on a 4k IMAX release. Especially of Part 2, which was entirely in that aspect ratio, to the point where the regular version actually feels cropped and lesser than.

It commits the biggest sin a Bond film can commit: it's kind of dull.

This is the correct ranking.

I'm not using any of the other android junk. If they stop making pixels I'm probably going to Apple. Which sucks.

One of the best to ever do it. I know they'll never go back to Uncharted but I hope Naughty Dog has some more fun adventures in them. Love Last of Us but time for a cleanser.

It's too easy to blame what happened with the last two female candidates on the fact that they're female. Which isn't true, but I think that's the lesson they take from it. Hopefully I'm wrong!

I'd love that but there's no way they run a female candidate again for a long, long time.

KFK basically works on me like the rage virus from 28 Days Later. Instant anger frenzy.

Those little metal things that go on either side of your stove to stop food/utensils falling down there.

It's one of my favorite things about the movie. That he's not a killer, but he is still someone you absolutely do not want to fuck with.

A lot of the arguments for it being copaganda were that the hero of the film didn't murder any cops. Which is insane.

Seems likely, though I wouldn't be shocked if Wicked got best comedy/musical.

Is it the Kevin Smith one?
