My husband's cat and I have a routine every night. Between 10:30-12 little Zane comes over and asks for pets and kisses. Once he has gotten sufficient pets and kisses he settles in to sleep above my head on my pillow. Every night.

My cat is so smart. He was crying for me after I left to go to the ER this morning. My partner told him I went to go get help because I hurt and apparently he looked at them and tilted his head before accepting what they said and going off to pout. And people say cats don't care about their people.

Was in my first car accident yesterday evening. I never truly understood how one felt after a car accident until today. Felt ok yesterday despite bumping my head and shin/knee but today? My whole body aches but especially my left shoulder. It HURTS to move it or pick anything up 😭
