The executive branch is co-equal to the other two branches, per the constitution. If there is fraud, the Congress has to find it before money is taken away, not after. Apparently you don’t care about the wellbeing of your fellow citizens who may be depending on medical research for their lives.

This is illegal. Congress already appropriated those funds by an act of law. Trump is doing this because he can’t get congress to give him a budget that would allow him to keep his tax cut for the rich without driving up the national debt.

In pardoning his son, Joe Biden followed the law. The president's power to pardon is outlined in Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution. Hunter was prosecuted for crimes no ordinary person would have been.
