The Transit Oriented Development bill is OUT of Appropriations! This bill has never been heard or passed in that committee before and it's a tough year for any bill in approps, so this is a big hurdle overcome! #waleg

What's happening now in #waleg? Today is the very last day of "fiscal cutoff" meaning bills not scheduled for executive session today in Appropriations or Ways and Means are dead for now -- but still alive for next year! Monday we start two weeks of full time voting on the House/Senate floor.
