Given what your coming from something like a nicer 2019 office pc would be a big upgrade and may be all you need to get things running smoothly.
-You may not need a graphics card depending on your workflow.
-16gb of ram minimum. 32 is preferred
-make sure to budget for a good monitor.

Unfortunately, computer recommendations need to be pretty fact-specific. Budget and the tools used in your particular workflow being big ones.
