This really shows the mentality of Large Landlords in #NovaScotia . Killam Apartments Reit Makes Record Net Income in their Q4 2024 report. Owning 5,700 units in #Halifax they say the rental market is still 25% higher than their own rates. So they feel there is still room for higher rental rates.
