WoW is a very... large game, with many things to do within it. That said, it has a free trial you can jump into easily, and will run on basically any modern computer. Imo just jump in and check it out for yourself.

Baldur's Gate 3, Civilization, Fire Emblem. Really anything turn based so I can just take my time, think about something other than life, and enjoy my night. Bonus points if you stay up way later than you should, lost in thinking about the game.

Everything ya'll have done this November has been a great celebration of Warcraft and WoW, I'm very happy with it. That said, I do really miss Blizzcon being a live in person event, I hope it's something you'll do again in the future.
