Share something you did this week to build community in your area (outside of your day job). Mine: Getting a new recreational soccer league off the ground, which included scheduling a couple family-friendly social events. Community over competition.

So much to say about this, but the first is that if stopping at a red light is going to make you late, you were already late. You can accept that, or you can excuse your own law breaking because you are special and important.

It turns out after 2 years (and 3000 miles) of speeding around town, my cargo ebike desperately needed new brake pads. My old cyclocross commuter went 8 years or so. Speed and weight make a huge difference!
