If Team Trump claims the right to withhold the identities of those being deported, how can one assume only "migrants" are exposed? Imagine people being silently "disappeared" based solely on an unlitigated executive guess they might be alien terrorists.

Knowing everything you know and with the benefit of hindsight, if you had unilateral control over the investigation/prosecution, is there anything you would have done to increase the chances of getting the Trump cases to trial? Given the roadblocks, was it a hopeless exercise from the outset?
