just wait until you experience a state or federal election. The ability to partake in the ceremonial consumption of a Democracy Sausage without actually voting is reason enough to stay. And then you'll find the stall with the Lamington's.....

they're shifting to AGILE, and anything that involves paying out funds will be moved from the current disaster related sprint into BACKLOG. BTW I need your tshirt size for the SCRUM ticket.

there's a local 'southern fry' chicken place here that uses a similar method. When a compressor exploded in a kebab shop a block away from one of their stores, and pretty much leveled the strip of shops it was in, the local police put out a statement to say it was not the chicken shop that exploded.

I had within 365, but it had to include an investigation or imprisonment (TBF, there was a $600 bottle of whisk(e)y on the line). I get a feeling someone is going to want to renegotiate the conditions shortly.

I can see this bet I made with someone in early Feb is going to come down to semantics

I got a friend request and a DM from a similar account. profile uses your bluesky profile pic and includes a linktree with this account on it. No common servers with them. My DM's should be open if you need more info.

I sadly can't get to CSides, but as a native Canberran, let me know if you are around before or after, I'd love to buy you a whisk(e)y.

that has not stopped old mate Timmy from declaring that informal votes are being default allocated to Zoe by the scrutineers that are there.

I hear your point, but even smart guys need assistants, and it's going to take a good 5-10 years for any imports to get over the fear of being shot in the supermarket for no reason, and then get used to the fear of finding a funnelweb in their shoe in the morning.

Yep, I'm in there now, thanks for that. I got an update a few days ago from another mutual, so I think I'm good, But I'll be sure to reach out if needed.

This is horrible news to have to share Tim, thanks for the posting. I've been given a link to the signal via a mutual, so you'll see a request there from me when you check next, would appreciate any updates.

there is a need to separate the art from the deal.

nah mate, they're much more subtle than that

won't work sadly. They've been doing this for years, they use a commercial A2P (application 2 person) message sending tool that injects the message into the carrier SMS system via the relevant carrier's mass messaging product, so it can show a sender name without them needing a sender number.

yeah, I leave a shitty hat I don't mind losing at my place, and put a coaster over the top of a drink if I have one. Most people will tell others to piss off if they try to move it. if the staff clear the drink, I just ask them for a replacement and make a note not to drink there again.

we learned early on when ordering from paparich to take a photo of the order before you press the bell. it makes it easier to argue about what you did and didn't order when half your meal doesn't show up. The fact we learned to do that tells all you need to know about how fragile their system is.

and meanwhile, Elmo's DOGE has cut the US side of the AUKUS project office to one person that no one sees, but everyone knows via their GOVTeams chat handle "shinyballs87"

it was one of the first things I ordered when Mrs Evil got her Kona, and the number of times it has saved us having to find another charger has paid for itself several times over. I always recommend it to friends with an EV, and most of the ones who say 'nah' come back 3-4 weeks later wanting a link

yeah, having a quick hit through amazon, I can see a bunch for delivery tomorrow. As a medium term sizzler, I'm happy to help a brother out if needed.

don't know about bricks and mortar, I got ours on amazon, might be something prime-able shipping?
