My daughter's path may be different than that of most of us but it is no less valuable or human. In fact, I try to live up to the high standard she sets everyday, even if she can't speak or move on her own. She is bursting with joy and happiness.

That's a Secretary of State position, not a full cabinet position. Not at the table unless called upon - which translates into a very narrow mandate.

I like Hajdu, but she is essentially responsible for the Employment Insurance program and the Northern Ontario Development corp.. Labour Ministers usually have a wider mandate - more important than ever both politically (shifting working-class voting) and economically (Trump, etc).
