This album STILL appears every now and then on one of my devices. Back in the day it used to end phone calls and force me to listen to it until I did something to make it stop.

Okay, BUY NOTHING is a great script idea. I'm going to use it unless you beat me to it.

"He cried beautiful tears in the Oval Office yesterday. I love that but think we need strong strong men who cry tears of strength, not tears of beauty, which are for women who should buy a Tesla, but not electric that kills birds and stops wind."

Reduce the budget + cut taxes = f*ck the poor.

Yes, but not close. She knew everyone in the 70s and 80s.

Thanks, Phoenix! She was a beautiful person, especially if she liked you. HINT: She did not like everyone

One of the best stories in her collection is her lengthy acquaintance with Paul Newman after he rear-ended her in a parking lot. And here's a link to her IMDB page: www.imdb.com/name/nm02076...

She wanted to go quickly, and she did—her way or the highway. She did not suffer fools, but she always preferred the brighter side of life. And thus the tenor of her memoir. She never publicly told the "bad" stories about Hollywood. She loved film industry, and she was a talented writer and actor.

I was lucky enough to know her for more than 10 years, and I was able to provide feedback on a few chapters of this book, and blurb it.

It was my favorite place on PCH. Great views, amazing ambiance. Always took out-of-town friends there because it wasn't on the typical tourist beat. Sunday afternoons were tragic and hilarious (I only went once or twice at that time).

MALIBU CANYON is a literary thriller with a very LA vibe. One of the most important scenes in the novel is set at Moonshadows restaurant on PCH, which was destroyed by the fires a few days ago. The restaurant was one of my favorites.

Everything he did was amazing. Your video is on par with the actual '80s (or early '90s) videos. I think BAT OUT OF HELL was a huge joke on the music industry, and I love it. His work was serious parody, always.

The original Jim Steinman videos are all so wonderfully campy. I love this Meatloaf one, and especially Celine's "It's All Coming Back to Me Now." The originals are worth a watch for what they, er, do?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j8fHNdrZTSI

The Netflix documentary Wham! is surprisingly uplifting, and it relies almost exclusively on older footage without people chiming in about the past.

George Michael died on Christmas Day in 2016, five years before the song eventually hit #1 in the UK.
