This tour Sanctuary Wood, Hill 60 & the Caterpillar Mine. Today it will be Essex Farm, Talbot House, Tyne Cot & Langemark Cemeteries & Flanders Fields Museum. Day 3 is Vimy Ridge, Newfoundland Memorial Park, Thiepval Memorial & the Somme Museum. Day 4 is Passchendaele Museum & Lijssenthoek Cemetery

I know it's probably something you don't want to fork out on regarding hitch hiker medication but, as a deterrent, I recommend NexGard which sorted out our issue along with the product we used for our cats

The only thing I can think of is that the October date is when it was a final confirmation that he'd died between those dates after these records were amended in December. Certainly the latest book & the Le Paradis website doesn't provide any other clue that I can see.
