If you end up trying this it would kill two birds with one stone, but if not this then maybe a probiotic. I have a ton of studies in my Drive saying they help for prevention and during the acute phase, and they're looking at them more for help after too.

Tanning for the UV, which I was getting barely any of here in tht winter, because recently it's been found to do a ton of good, including suppressing and overactive immune system. I hope some of this helps. 🙏

I had brain fog, fatigue, and word-finding issues from an infection in Nov 2023 till April 2024. Around the time it went away I started taking a probiotic supplement with tumeric, and came across studies that curcumin has anti-viral effects that've been shown to work against COVID. Maybe it helped?
