I'm sure there are plenty of proxies out there.

You'll have to debase yourself pretty low if you are going to compete with me.

Unorthodox, but checks out

Someone commented on the video they had a different entry; Britains/Timpo, then onto lead minis. But they are obviously an outlier.

LOL, we spoke about it before recording and he said he didn't want to, which is why I asked him, LOL. But yeah, I agree, they are usually pretty similar anyway depending on your age.

Yeah, I agree, I played M'44 the other day for the first time in years and it felt a little flat, having played the Napoloenics more recently. M'44 is a good game, but feels more like an introductory game to the C&C stable, IMO.

Looks great, I really like the C&C Napoleonics version of those raft of games. Looks brilliant with figures on the tabletop.

Glad you enjoyed it, it was a lot of fun for me as well.

It's not as crunchy as some skirmish games, but like all Lardy games the crunch comes in the decisions that you make and the choices you are presented with. For example you can't always do exactly what you want to (unlike a lot of skirmish games) so have to deal with the hand you are dealt.

Same here, we played it death as kids. Loved it!

I've been buying the Classic Cases books as well. It's nice way of reading the stories without having to subscribe to 2000AD

Played it to death when we were kids. Absolutely loved it and I still have a load of scenarios I wrote from back then kicking around somewhere. All shamelessly taken from the pages of 2000AD

They are tokens, and not in scale with one another...

Well, I had a spurt of energy with it earlier, so let's just see how long it lasts... I did make a live video of a game of What a Drokker when WaC was first released though

I find it pretty clunky TBH. There's four separate dice rolls just to hit someone...

John sent me his What a Cartel adaptation, so I've been using that as a basis.

Not true, the Wildlife Trust I worked for uses the term DEI, as does the Civil Service.

That table looks great as well!

Brilliant game and very simple if you can get your head around the Peter Pigese that they are written in.
