He told us why he lies. Clearly. And we voted for him, anyway. When you vote for people without souls or human decency, you get leaders without souls or human decency.

He's back on the rigged thing. Not the worst item in this terrifying post, but he seems to be fooling himself now. Same as he likely now thinks Ukraine started the war with Russia.

We'll see. So far it's only a memo.
comment in response to post
We know he doesn't give a shit about anyone other than himself, let alone a non-white. But saying you want to do something, even if you do not, makes you look weak when you can't.
comment in response to post
100%! We are being pushed around by a dictator from a country that's 1,000x less powerful than us and who WE ARE PAYING. Unsure we could look any weaker.
comment in response to post
So… a citizen who is wrongly accused is now a 'terrorist.' And our President is OK with that?
comment in response to post
The most powerful country in the world can't get our citizens released from a country that's about 1,000 times less powerful. Regardless of how our citizens got there, please tell me why anyone still thinks Trump is good at negotiations.

Loved Chappelle when I saw him live a decade ago. That being said, I also loved Louis CK when I saw him around the same time period. :/ www.imdb.com/title/tt3172... Neal Brennan remains "crazy good."

wtf, how gullible are we?? Zero object permanence.

This is the war that Trump applauded when Putin started it. And the one he said he could end in 24 hours. And is now is the one he's blaming on the victim and says "Isn't his fault" and "Isn't his war." The art of the deal: Change your goals to whatever you got, no matter how valueless.

What is a journalist?

Before election: "… I’ll have that done — I’ll have that done in 24 hours.” “I will get it settled before I even become president…” Day 60: "I was being a bit sarcastic." Day 84: "I just got here." "I had nothing to do with this war." Shame on us for believing a word of this.

If we retain our democracy, 2028 should be Marco's last year of freedom. Marco Rubio needs to understand that ETTD. While the SC might give Trump immunity, he and they will let Marco take the fall. Karma: a one-way trip to El Slavador. And I will help with the $20k annual cost.

"God's boundless love and devotion to all humanity"? If you are Christian and voted for Trump, you must see at least some of the irony here. He sent innocent men to a prison camp, he's fluffing a dictator who's bombing civilians in Ukraine … to mention two of his many(!) anti-Christian acts.

The “something” can be supporting a local charity that Musk (and his lack of humanity and empathy) has decided doesn’t require funding. A little goes a long way. If you can’t give, then volunteer! Here’s one, if you can’t think of any: www.coveschool.org

Trump will stop this on day 1 of his presidency! He promises. And he always delivers.

Never had coffee there, but I like not having to talk to anybody.

I did. Thanks for the recommendation! A good combo with The Monsters (non-fiction): www.amazon.com/Monsters-Mar... And, yes, everyone needs to re-read Frankenstein. It's stunning on many levels.

Mengele had an MD and a PhD. RFK Jr. has a BA in History and a JD. Both are monsters (Mengele more so, for sure*), but only one can claim some actual scientific expertise. *though time might tell otherwise.

Guess which one causes actual death and actual suffering. Not just having to hold a 6th place trophy for 20 seconds.

It's great when unmarried white men w/out kids opine on parenthood & children's issues. He has no personal experience, no research, no expertise. All he has is an (incorrect) opinion formed by personal bias & social media. And a microphone. Let me now give you my opinion on being a rich tv host.

I remember reading this and liking it, even though I thought Alan Dean Foster was a bit of a hack … even in my early teens. But I can't tell you anything that happened in here.

And BRIBE them. Or use hundred dollars surveys and million dollar pretend raffles, since those are legal now.

Love this! If they made these as mini-figs, I'd have dozens.

Dems need to be doing something. Anything. And Schumer needs to be stuffed in a locker.

Until they open their mouths and then any semblance of attractiveness (despite the thickness of your beer goggles) disappears.

Our "media" is basically a daily participation trophy now. Why even bother?

I think you got the moment in time right, but it's for men who once had a 'girl' roll her eyes at them and just walk away. "Don't mind her, bro, she's a sexless bitch." This is all about their fragile manhood.

And I miss this site: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/8tracks...

Mine would be…  "countries with separate / unconnected land masses" "disconnected city states Ilinois NewYork California" I actually think there is a chance I'll be stuck* in Canada after our trip there *will never learn to like poutine, but all else would be fine tbh

ELO and Boston! Same. And still.

I know I had an 8-track tape player in my car in the late 70s/early 80s and a case of them on the floor of the passenger seat. One of my favorites and possibly the tape that's still in the player:

Reports of environmental abuse have plummeted under the Trump regime.

That's a lot of time spent maturbating during high school.

MAGA is rooting for un-tarrifed Russia. The rest of the US is rooting for China, even though they're sending their troops into Ukraine under control of Putin. What tf happened to this country?!?
comment in response to post
Good analogy. We used to pretend to push friends off ledges and then say "Saved your life!" But we would also have to have robbed them to make this more accurate.

My favorite bit was when Jake throws the lighter out of the car. This was a soundtrack from my high school days. Yep… I am that old. And I lived in MA at that time, not Chicago.
comment in response to post
MAGA is programmable. Whatever the last thing Trump or FoxNews says is the program. No critical thinking skills, just input=output.

Because it meant your parents were getting divorced or they stopped trying to provide healthy meals for you. Or both.

Women are going to lose their votes, soon, too. This is a slippery slope that's being greased by moves like this.
comment in response to post
And the plan is to vote for whatever Trump wants? And let Schumer crawl away from every fight? Maybe Senate Democrats need a Plan B.
comment in response to post
Can we also look into the left handed epidemic? Seems like more people are left handed now. Must be due to vaccines.

Surpisingly calming.
comment in response to post
Been saying this for a while now. MAGAs are programmable. If FoxNews tells them to hate popcorn, they'll believe they've adamantly hated popcorn their entire life. It's crazy and so upsetting to watch.

Next time they complain our schools are woke, remember the fact that this woke school saved these kids and their families from being kidnapped and sold to El Slavador slavers.

1st down: QB fumbles the ball and loses 15 yards. 2nd down: QB passes the ball for 9 yards. Now everyone on the team has to applaud him for being the best QB ever and praise him for planning both plays so masterly. 3rd down: QB fumbles again for a 3 yard loss.

So we can now make up new punishments and remove rights for crimes against our donors? Someone dings my car with a shopping cart? Everyone in that entire state gets life without a trial.
