That seems ridiculous - was it an email directed to claimant? I know that one instance may not be actionable but that seems pretty blatant. I'm sure you'll have more success in the Title VII action.

That's awesome! I haven't seen any of those ("only" 55) but I've seen Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Metallica, and Deep Purple (if you consider them metal). As well as dozens of other non-metal bands.
