An innocent man, picked up by “mistake,” must not be allowed to rot in an El Salvadorian jail. Mr. President. Obey the courts. Obey our Constitution. Bring him home immediately.

Called my congressman who voted for the SAVE act. Me: What documents will I need to vote if this passes? Staffer: a DL and birth certificate. Me: The documents don’t match Staffer: Then a marriage certificate. Me: Will my husband need the marriage certificate too? Staffer: No Me: See the problem?

Raskin: If they can just sweep someone off the street, put them on an airplane, and send them to a torturer’s prison in an authoritarian state like El Salvador without due process… then they could do it to anybody.

This was three months ago.

I don’t care if it’s Rep. Pelosi. I don’t care if it’s Rep. Johnson. I don’t care if it’s a Democrat or a Republican. BAN CONGRESSIONAL STOCK TRADING. PERIOD.

“It’s the most extraordinary attack on voting rights in American history,” Wilentz said. “This is an attempt to destroy American democracy as we know it. www.democracydocket.com/analysis/the...

The most corrupt administration in American history wants you to look the other way from this. We can't. We need answers.

Never fails

I happen to know that some powerful media orgs were unhappy that AP filed suit; they thought the conflict with the White House would blow over on its own and that AP risked making bad law. The AP's leadership deserves a lot of credit for having proceeded as it did. apnews.com/article/trum...

A week after my remarks on the Senate floor I am more energized then ever to continue to fight for Americans on Medicaid, Americans worried about Social Security, Americans looking for opportunity in their local economy.

BREAKING: Judge McFadden has *granted * the AP’s injunction against the White House’s ban on access to the Oval Office and East Room.

It’s a month since the administration detained and disappeared a green card holder, a lawful permanent resident. We cannot allow this to be normalized or forgotten.

Lawyers have ethical obligations to courts regardless of what their bosses say. If a government lawyer is asked to violate their oath, they should resign. There is no excuse for caving to Trump.

Reminder: We are not at war with Venezuela. The people deported are not enemies. The law in question should not apply. Among the most dangerous aspects of the SCOTUS ruling is the idea that the president and his people have the right to arbitrarily determine who our enemies are.

More photos from our persistent, resistent photog, Dasja Dolan, from Saturday's rally in Medford. More than 4,000 of you showed up!

The North Carolina Supreme Court has temporarily blocked a lower court ruling that would have required 65,000+ votes cast in the 2024 state Supreme Court race be recounted. A full machine recount and partial hand recount already found Democrat Allison Riggs leading her GOP opponent by 734 votes.

Now we wake up again tomorrow and find new ways to make good trouble. And we do it again. And again and again and again...until we're heard. #GoodTrouble #Resist #ImpeachTrump #ArrestThePresident #Indivisible #IDA-CO #Denver #Colorado

Hands Off 2025 Nashville

The North Carolina Supreme Court temporarily paused a lower court’s ruling to disenfranchise tens of thousands of voters in the state’s Supreme Court election, unless they fix their ballots in 15 days. www.democracydocket.com/news-alerts/...

For the #HandsOff , there were a group of seniors that couldn't make it to the Capitol. So they held their very own! 57 of them came out! Aged 67-104! They all walked down to the main street! So proud of them! They had s sign making day before the event! They sent this video to me to share.🥰

My law firm is currently litigating 50 voting and election cases in 21 states. I expect new cases will be filed this week. States with the most cases: AZ, GA, NC, NV, FL, LA, PA.

Keep downplaying the protests at your own peril. Keep threatening Americans. The protests will only get bigger. Trump is hated. Musk is hated. The political winds have shifted. People are fed up. This is only the beginning.

Great showing at Missoula's Hands Off rally today! It was an honor to get to speak briefly, and to introduce the folks doing amazing work on the ground here in Missoula.
