Haha wtf starter packs are a genius idea 😂

I used to think MSG talk was racist until I started cooking with it my self and got the EXACT SAME SYMPTOMS they talk about if I put slightly too much in. Only lasts a few hours tho and it’s delicious, so I’m just more careful now 😂 But yeah, it’s not complete lies, but sensationalised for sure.

Hey, character artist here! I just finished fan art of Kaneda recently. Been increasingly interested in VR, so made it for vrchat!

Oh really??? I have seen ps1 looking art from artists, but not seen a lot of [finished] games like that yet. Got any recs? One I AM aware of is Pseudoregalia, which also has the COOLEST ps1 style sfx as well!

Seeing that headline makes me more excited to play, you’d think it’s obvious but no mans sky planets were never sparse and empty when I played it. It was a great game but it never felt like exploring ‘space’

I really hope ps1 styles make a come back like pixel art did. Imagine ps1 models but contemporary post processing 🤤

My dreams are usually murky if at all, but there’s been a few times in my life they’ve been as vivid as real life, so maybe my analytical brain is also jealous🤔😂

Lmao I wonder tho. For me, it feels like a part of brain might be seeing the stuff. It just doesn’t get passed to ‘me’ personally 🤔

What resolution do you imagine it in?😯
comment in response to post
I feel this, I have an ‘idea’ of what I want, but it’s an iterative process to get there

I wanna follow all of them!

It’s so inspiring seeing the amount of amazing artists in the thread who also have aphantasia!!!!! It’s always weird trying to explain to people what it feels like to think artistically in ‘concepts’. I kinda don’t even know what I mean myself lol 🤔

Lmaoooo yeah it’s like whatever personality they begin with slowly converges to ✨mine✨

Are you completely ditching the others forever? 😯

Yeah interactive stories with friends is a different mood. It shifts from trying to 100% and achieving perfection, to choosing the most entertaining options no matter how detrimental they are lol

That sounds so healthy. I wish I can do the same in Baldurs Gate 3. Like I have a strong feeling I should be playing it more roleplayingly, like I’m sure my characters aren’t thinking they need to 100% chapter 1 before going on the mountain pass, but I sure am!

I know what you mean, but I reclassed my main characters into classes that I felt suited their personality/story Shadow > ‘dark’ paladin Astarion > warlock Laezel > monk (unsure about this one, but I think it suits visually lol) And, I’m having way more fun now!

Doing an ecorche was like a personal renaissance for me. Making the skeleton, then muscles, then fat, then skin helped with more than just figure sculpture, it helped me hone my way of observing and analysing anything. And gave us the qualia of what *really* understanding something actually takes

I feel this so much too, it properly sucked to not be able to do it in the last customiser I worked on as well. We were so close.. the tech was there, but budget and scope was not 😭

I was going to say maybe because the blocky graphics and text instead of voice acting allowed more room for the imagination, but then I remembered playing Gran Turismo 2 as a child and thinking it literally looked REAL🤔
