3/7 Prof. Stephanie Kelton pointed out the private sector had accumulated massive savings = to public debt. My question is Why? Why is the private sector hoarding savings ($240 trillion in shadow banking system) and not investing in productive, job creating, revenue generating income/taxes?

Most (70%+) of installed VRE are under ROCs, which are basically wholesale price (ie the price set by the marginal etc.) plus extra money from bill payers.
