Imagine it is Putin in charge of USA right now. He wants to destroy the gov, at pace. This renders the whole country dysfunctional. This leads to anarchy as people fight over food, water and each other to survive. This leads to martial law, curfew and ID papers and a broken State. Perfect. End of.
