Does that mean a Catholic MAT could open a free school for children with SEND (SEMH focus) for example?

I completely agree that Sean Harford had a positive impact and reassured school leaders to be brave by making the Ofsted myths clear for all.

This is such an important topic for Headteachers to consider. My Deputy and I frequently discuss this. CPD for all schools leaders linked to this topic would be so beneficial.

I’m really impressed to know there is a MAT that exists to serve so many vulnerable young people.

I found the Assessment without levels days led by Alison Peacock the best CPD, as there was a variety of speakers- Sean Harford, Daisy C, Mary M, and many, many more.

Really enjoyed this, thank you, Clare. We plan in habits of discussion in subjects such as history and RE once the substantive knowledge has been taught. We find it’s helpful for assessment of the subject knowledge as well as allowing pupils to practice and develop oracy skills and knowledge.

Sonia Thompson would be great to ask about this, as she shared case studies from her own primary school on this but not sure if she’s on Bluesky yet.

Family holiday
Absolutely- perfect spot for family and dog friendly. Fantastic rock pools when tide goes out, but watch out for occasional jellyfish!

Hi Dawn, I’m a Catholic primary Head in Nottinghamshire. I was RE lead for many years and still lead Catholic life. I’m involved with creating primary planning and resources for new RED. You’d be very welcome to visit if we’re not too far away!

Wouldn’t have had confidence to go on to headship without those days of CPD!

Having a Deja vu moment to the Assessment without levels conferences with Sean Harford, Alison Peacock and many fabulous others. Great CPD days!
