I’ve been to 3 so far, and where I live it is not remotely dangerous. If anything it is so popular that Indivisible has a weekly meeting at Panera to plan for the following week. Today there were four different protests in my county alone. But my goddaughter and some of the college students worry.

I do too, even though I’m pretty sure one of my old retirement mutual funds might have some percentage of the stock in it because it was set up around 2007 for eco-friendly investments. I’ll gladly take the hit though for getting him to hit his margin call.

With these “brilliant” people in charge of public health we are definitely going to have another Trump administration pandemic. Well, at least I can stay home under the covers for the next 4 years.

Crazy white Incelacious twats with their knickers in a twist at non white people existing.

This is the rule of fragile man-child whiners. I’m so sick of white dudes with money thinking that they are meant to be the masters of everything and everyone else because they’re so superior. Ask any sane woman if they would ever want to have children with any of these dudes and see them laugh.

I am 66, and went to a Tesla protest where about 1/3 of us were women age 45-75. At least a dozen women in that group complimented me on my guillotine earrings. It strikes me that this sense of elite misbehavior is radicalizing even suburban older white chicks to a surprising degree.

They’re trying to make it so regardless of the vote, they will keep staying in power.

So, he wants to pay his criminal followers for attempting the overthrow of the government. So patriotic of him.

We have them all over my workplace (community college in California) and I have never had any problems with them. I send the mental message to them that I am a cow, walk and conduct myself as one in their presence, and they all treat me as such. (Ignore I exist).

Yes, growing up with the Warren Court, everything since had seemed a bit of a letdown by inches, and the Roberts Court has been a complete horror show.

The stickers are for customers of Tesla to tell the company and the world that they also are annoyed with their CEO. They have been sold since before Elon was the main donor to Trump, because he has been doing other awful labor practices stuff even before this in Northern California where I live.

I’m liking the phrase “doge bags”, it fits.

I woke up to that video yesterday and am still a mess. It is fascist porn. COMING FROM OUR GOVERNMENT.

Yes, Kaiser had me and other oldsters re-shot with MMR because of this last year.

Unless you were pregnant. If you didn’t have it as a kid and got it while pregnant as an adult it could cause all kinds of problems.

66 here. I got chickenpox at 19 and it was hideous. Three weeks of extreme headache, fever, and itching torture with more spots than I could count, then followed in my mid 40s by shingles. But I lucked out of a lot of the diseases that were still prevalent in the 1960s because I was an “only” kid.

Sorry, are you actually on blue sky to be a troll? You do know we can all just block you?

Vandalism is counterproductive, I suggest these will be good for current owners to express their concerns with the CEO of the company, while continuing to spare the air and their wallet.

Targeting drivers is dim-witted, but targeting new sales helps disincentivize others from behaving as Musk is doing. You can help do this while keeping your needed car by going to Etsy and spending a few bucks on one of the many creative and funny anti trump stickers that can help you & the cause!
comment in response to post
I nearly bought a used model 3 for similar reasons. I am happy to say that if you go to Etsy you can find many wonderful anti Elon stickers that can help you express your displeasure at the CEO, without impacting your budget significantly. This will help discourage new sales and so helps!

May I recommend Ford F-150? Union made in the USA and it has heaps of cargo room, ultra comfy seats, and even comes in bright red! The price is a bit much, but if you get one that has been slightly used you can save a bunch.

We also need to offer anti Elon/Trump stickers to the poor people who are stuck owning old Teslas that they can’t afford to replace. It also would help to reduce sales of new ones, by showing that even buyers of mostly reliable low budget Tesla3’s don’t want to be associated with Nazis.

Yes, conveying sarcasms in text form is difficult. But as a lover of sarcasm, I feel you!

I do. But I’m single and educated. White women married to white men often hold their hands over their ears and go “lalalala” when both black and white women tell them that hubby’s preferred candidate is going to strip everyone’s rights.

There is also a fear that going into the streets and protesting will actually be the bat signal for the Radical Right to start going full on shooting and rounding up people with “violent protests” being the excuse.

The Pontiac looks like a very boring ordinary car. I have no idea why people buy cars in gray. It seems like they are actively trying to disappear. The Cybertruck on the other hand seems to be trying to be noticed, but then they still made it the same boring steel gray. So, a rolling dumpster.

I bought a very slightly used 2023 F-150 crew cab last summer (27 miles?!) and it is a delight. It has so much room, it warms and cools your backside, you can fill the back with dirt, recycling and all the usual truck stuff. Best of all union made in USA!

Or at least he knows that his voters will think they do as long as he keeps repeating it.

I think that is the intention.

No, it’s to raise taxes on poor and middle class without needing to go through Congress, so they can cut even more taxes for the super rich. Weirdly, while with other taxes Congress has the power of the purse to decide what taxes to levy, and what to spend them on, Tariffs are prerogative of Pres.

In our defense he was just rambling nonsense and lies for over an hour and it is pretty unclear WTF he was even saying. I’m sure no disrespect is intended by us typing with one finger. His plan usually involves spewing out so much rando insanity that we can’t follow what he is saying half the time

Yeah, I’m so glad my best HS history teacher gave us extra credit for reading “The Jungle”. He also had us go through a minute by minute timeline of the Triangle Shirtwaist fire. I got an undergraduate history degree, and a PhD in theatre history, and this guy was the best speaker/teacher ever.

Yeah! That is why we have such tight gun control in CA. All it will take to get red states to put in gun control laws would be lots of peaceful protestors flanked with heavily armed Black Panthers doing legal open carry and the white population will suddenly decide owning assault weapons is bad.

That is easy to answer. Yes. They have lost touch with the point of having a democracy, and they seem to want an autocracy/unlimited monarchy again. WWII vets like George Bush senior and Bob Dole are spiraling in their graves.

Small zip ties, ribbons and a heat tool (like a soldering iron), or a zipper all are useful for making these.
