The rise of RFK and other crackpots was prompted by the botched response to the pandemic. As Swedesh approach shows, lockdowns were not necessary, mask mandates were not necessary. Vaccine mandates in USA and Canada were not based on science, kids were kicked out of school for many months.

Very silly. You must have zero understanding of the economy. Landlords always want to enrich themselves. That's the point of every business.
Real estate market like any other industry is regulated by supply and demand. If the demand exceeds the available supply - the price increases.
