I seem unable to break the 4 hours of uninterrupted sleep benchmark for weeks. The numbness and burning have gone down in intensity but still covers the area from my left knee to my lower left back through the waistband and the groin. I'm so ready for this s*** to be done

Im down to about 1 dozen FB Messenger threads. I've excited out of all group chats. I got great direct contact information for some friends and family out of the effort. Removed the app from all devices. Obviously I can still get to it via web interface. Replaced shortcuts with Blue Sky.

Ive listened to the album three times now, and I cannot believe how his voice is still so amazing. I first discovered him as a singer for MSG (McAuley Schenker Group - with Michael Schenker) around 1992. Old school metal, but the solos are fresh and modern. Really great album.

Well, today is the first day I started making a concerted effort to get people I knows' Blue Sky handles and following. Moving off FB messenger (mostly RCS/SMS groups), and hopefully FB at some point but the photo album feature is not going to be on bsky any time soon in any comparable format.
