If you have a device that CAN run Apple Intelligence you need to turn this off as well as the general Apple Intelligence setting. Settings > Screen Time > scroll down to Content and Privacy > turn on Restrictions > Intelligence and Siri > turn off the first three options

On one hand, testing positive for COVID for the first time five years into it with a full slate of vaccines is probably best case. On the other hand, it’s hitting me so mildly it’s hard to feel like the precautions are necessary. I’m following them though. Boredom’s worth it.

I tested positive for Covid today. First time ever, to my knowledge. I’m fully vaccinated and will start on Paxlovid tomorrow. So far, it seems pretty low-key, no fever, some tired, minor sore throat, occasional cough. The spouse and spawn are so far unaffected.

Finally home. We were on the road from Duncan, OK since around 9:30 AM. Had to go through Durant, drop someone off, and drop off a dressmaker’s dummy on our way south. Wonderful weekend, the company and turns of events were lovely. It’s rather weird to get out of the car to 30f warmer than OK tho.
