Western outlets also have their own interests and slants. Nevertheless one should be able to distinguish between propaganda and professional journalism. Al Jazeera English is definitely the former. And again, the cover the world outside the West more thoroughly and thoughtfully.

I agree the franchise died with Daniel Craig. The move to consider a black successor (Idris Elba, Rege Jean-Paige etc.) could have been a masterstroke that would have won over new audiences and a new generation. But they weren't having it.

I get the complaints about the price of games. But on the other hand people pay $30-50 for three hours at the movies. Whereas a game that costs $80-100cad can yield 30-40hrs (or more) of entertainment. From that perspective Guilty Gear Strive is still great bang for your buck 🙂.

I had a conversation with some MAGA Christians. It is clear at this point that we don’t worship the same God. We sit in the same spaces, use the same language, but our ideas of who God is and by extension what is good or evil in society and the actions of government are completely different.
