I so get that. Last night’s horror is already at the charity shop.

Seems fair.

Oh yes! It won't change anything, but it will make for some fun reading.

At least you have confectionary you can peel off your face and enjoy.

As is the waste product of dogs with lazy owners

She said at PMQs that she had met 'one'. So, which is it?

Just saw the bit above it - why would anyone want to eat something 'off the eaten path'.

I fear your idea is far too considered and sensible to even be acknowledged.

I expect you are correct. I'm just focussing for a moment on a fantasy of it only being those two. Just two people that stupid. Oh, if only...

At least two that have RT in common, though ... I'm trying to work out what else can go in that Venn diagram.

Wait, are we actually seeing Trump appointing a woman whose opinions may have been formed by listening to Corbyn?

This seems to be an ear worm that appears in my brain at random moments, with no trigger. Funny 'bout that ...

Ah, it's that time of year when you remind me that I am not alone in my impeccable taste that nobody understands.

You'd think if it was so obvious to the likes of us, there should be someone in a position to know a lot more who sees it.

No idea, but I've spoken to both who share the same opinion. My own chronic illness/disability does tie in with my changed mind, but then so do all the people I've talked/listened to and read.

Seriously.

But ... but ... that would be racist. Or at least antisemitic (apparently a lesser wrong).

Same journey I went on, except it was talking to disabled people. That said, a friend was over from Canada last week and the stuff going on there would make any sane person anti (IMO).

I’ve honestly had lots of conversations about the positive/negative/slippery slope elements of it. I’ve spoken to very few people who are sure, even if they have chosen a ‘side’.

Yes! Well, everyone who's posted on social media. I'm choosing to believe there are 100 Labour MPs who haven't, as unlikely as it seems.

I was thinking more of the at least 100 'undecideds'.

Ugh, yes. I do know how I feel about it, but my mind was changed on it years ago after conversations with other people. And I still wouldn't be an absolutist.

I can't see how you even have a choice.

I think you're right. Listening to both sides of an issue and then deciding which way to vote shouldn't feel like such a novel idea but right now it really does.

I was just writing a 'my kid either' kind of reply, and then realised we're trying to prove Johnson's talking bollocks, which is surely a foregone conclusion at all times.

It was broken when he was playing?! Supernatural goings-on, surely...

Bizarre how he refers to all our kids as 'fatsos', without any noticeable irony at all. I mean, it's all bizarre, of course, but that struck me ...

Nadia was the trans woman who won Big Brother. Kings was the one who got friendly with a wine bottle in the garden.

We have a WiFi dishwasher and washing machine, neither of which have ever been connected to the WiFi. Just pretend your dishwasher was born in the early 2000s and treat it appropriately- it’ll all be fine.

I feel like I'm the one not making an effort. Especially as I don't have a large musical instrument to move through snow.

Following you right back. I might be part-cat.

Right? I don't understand why nobody seems to see it. Barely even a prosthetic necessary.

Well that's a relief. I could've slept last night if we were ever here at the same time.

That’s fantastic! Please tell me you have help moving the piano.

We’ve had Spike so long now, I can’t remember - or even imagine - what it’s like to have a quiet cat. Let alone one that lets you sleep ‘til you’re ready to wake up.

No idea. I don't think we can have been paying attention. The shouty's great when you can feel like you're having a conversation. Unless the conversation starts with 'it's 5am and I would like food immediately'.

Oh, so this. We just moved to a smaller place and I took over a thousand books to the charity shop (well I didn't - stronger people than I did the schlepping bit). I've seen at least three mentioned that I thought I still had since then. I didn't

It's Spike, and he's a he. A very shouty he. He's 12 now, but still acts like a kitten (Caroline used to come and stay with him when we went away back in real kitten days).
