What was Zoe Daniel accused of in Tim Wilson’s campaign? I wasn’t following it closely enough. Not denying it happened, in fact I am not surprised by that claim at all, but I don’t think I’ve seen anything published about it yet.

This is a great take. No better advertisement for the current day liberals imo. Given they’ll have such little power and representation in the lower house, there’ll never be a better time to have a weasel like him to represent the LNP. He’ll become a whipping boy for Labor in no time

Good grief. She needs to fire whoever is doing her media comms.

The actual statement she released was so painful to read - both in message and grammatical structure. She may actually be quite dull between the ears.

Agreed. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Fortunately he won’t have much power given their decimation the lower house and hopefully he makes a fool of himself like last time and becomes unelectable again. Time will tell. Hopefully Zoe will be back in the future

Yes, that means they’ve processed all the votes from the ballots taken on the day. Right down the bottom of that page you can see they have processed almost 10k postals of 18.5k, 65% going to LNP on 2PP. He’ll probably get in by ~1k votes which is an incredibly painful thought to deal with

Still ~8000 postals in Goldstein to count and then absentees. Apparently 65% postals going to LNP. Can’t see Zoe hanging on unfortunately. Also worried about Monique in Kooyong with a large portion of postals favouring LNP too - that one will go right down to the wire and probably a recount

I have great fears the postal votes will favour the LNP in Goldstein and unfortunately I think this will end up in their hands. He’s such a despicable human which makes losing such a talented politician in Zoe so much more painful.

Pathetic headline. Call it as it is you cowards. Paraphrase him in the headline. Stop protecting him

If there wasn’t already enough reason to keep the liberals out of government this should be enough to tip anyone over the edge. The American-isation of our cultural and political discourse is nauseating. I wonder if there are any original thoughts in that party room at all

Please tell me someone called him out on this bullshit? Straight up,blatant lie that unfortunately will be perceived as truth by some without the ability to think critically

I genuinely think he might have a single digit IQ. Astonishing that he continues with this take.

The word ‘resembling’ doing a lot of heavy lifting here

Can’t help but feel that if Trent actually wanted to stay he’d break out of a jog and actually contribute defensively in a game like this. Passing was well off today too. Will be interesting to see how he responds as Bradley could well have priority for a starting position after that performance

His ability to hit his line and length from the very first ball of the spell is incredible

Hi Ronni and co, Very much looking forward to reading your insights on the auspol landscape again. Currently putting the feet up after taking the dog for his evening walk in the bush!
