BONE CONDUCTION FANS. also known as things like the Audiphone or Dentaphone these are specifically for conductive hearing loss [middle ear, bone problems and eardrum problems][thats what i have!] where things like ear horns wouldnt help since it'd be directing sound to machinery that doesn't work
