One guy sticks out in my mind. He was constantly sleeping at his desk, gatekept uploading vulnerability remediation evidence into Archer, and conflated physically being at work past normal hours with working hard. Once heard him work himself into a sweat ranting about Colin Kaepernick at an intern.

I think a major contributor to the shitty discourse of today is that we don’t allow someone to be dumb about something, realize they were wrong, and fold back into the conversation. We chase them off, mute/block, etc. We don’t factor in a read on if someone is clearly acting w/ malice vs. being dumb
