Currently I have some thing through Spectrum (lol) where I pick from 15 channels, like actual cable channels, and then they give me that + local channels + Spectrum channels no one watches for a decent rate, but of course its lower the first year and all that.

True, but that's kinda the way cable's always been, its pricey to get those channels
Most regular cable services don't even really hook you up to cable anymore, it's just the internet, so you don't even get the benefit of having like, the news and stuff when your internet goes out smh
