Alright so I'm about 14 hours in to Avowed, and I gotta say, I'm really enjoying it! It's like a warm blanket. Admittedly not very challenging mechanically or intellectually (sorry if that sounded wanky, you get what I mean), but I still like it a lot. The world and characters are really compelling!

I feel like I'm at a really good point in my life where I genuinely enjoy almost every game I play and movie I watch. I prefer being able to see the good in most everything, rather than the cynical me of the past. It's nice to like things, and nicer to know what I like.
