everything else has fallen apart. Somehow SCOTUS is part of the destruction.

But he said thank you.

Honestly Gavin - give up. I know you are trying to keep your state afloat. Do something about the Con Man and Federal Govt. Are you coordinating with other blue states? Are you lobbying big law firms in your state to stand firm? And your colleges and universities? How about you do that instead this?

Hey, Canada, if you have room, I'd like to come!

shut the govt down - no budgets passed, ever. I am still shocked how this govt has fallen down like a house cards built by a 2 year old. WTF administrative state. If Dems ever return to power, 100% Wealth tax on ever dollar over $1b and that might be too much. Maybe its $100m.

a lot of people don't factor in the fact we lost 3 games out of 4 during the regular season. Folks talking Knicks sweeping are dreaming. If we win, it might well take all 7 to do it. This team has never done anything the easy way.

I will betting on the Pistons. This will be like insurance.

I would like to ask this guy what Shapiro did that drove him to do this? I mean, why aren't we all driving down to DC and Florida to try to roast the tiny criminal in chief? I mean, we all should - in fact, there is something wrong with us that we aren't.
comment in response to post
Exactly. Everyone with standing (states) should petition SCOTUS immediately on this front.

Screw the Hague if there is a Democrat in charged they will arrested by the apparatus tiny trump is using but that use will make America Great again

Think they might be missing how bad its going to get.

Tiny Trump.

How are we going to win four games in the playoffs against a team we only beat once in 4 tries during the regular season?

I am wondering if white people have some kind of disease. I mean, I'm a white person, I'm not an asshole. Europe isn't full of assholes, thought some in the tiny trump admin think differently.

Someone with standing, like a state, needs to sue Trump and ask the Supreme Court to forbid any more, since he can’t find a way to undo his illegal actions.
comment in response to post
Maybe you can petition the Supreme Court to remove tiny trump based on the 14th Amendment- just something to prick those assholes in SCOTUS that created this monster and ask them to reign him in.

Good old England King George were sweat hearts next to this Tiny Trump Fascism of the stupid.

If everyone just stands firm and together, the cowards will retreat. You don’t need to stand alone and you don’t need to be first, but you need to show up now!

When America collapses, they will be lords over a bankrupt, barren world.

Next up is immigrants that had been on a path, had their SS#s ‘turned off’ and haven’t self deported. Criminal and insane. What happens when they go for the children born here to parents illegally here? Or, legally here, yet not yet citizens.

And at least Hitler actually wrote his own book, no need to pay someone to do it for him.

Sad that we have to root for the Chinese dictator.

Blue states need to grab an oligarch, hide them some where as leverage against the feds moving against the citizens of that state. Tell me I’m wrong?
comment in response to post
what was the 3pt % in those games? What were the 3pta? This team just doesn't shoot enough. Have they won shooting volume without a good %?
comment in response to post
And? It's not like the Knicks have really shown they can beat the pistons - their one victory coming early (Nov1) in the season when the Pistons were still figuring out how to play.
comment in response to post
Dems should have led on this issue so they could have required funding to provide the documents needed, enabled automatic voter registration and perhaps tied this voter ID Document into requiring back ground checks for gun owners. But, instead, they stuck their head in the sand and here we are.
comment in response to post
you're right- but there are two things - we ask police to do too much - and they have poor training- not that they aren't well trained - they are- it's what they are trained is wrong. I remember it was maybe in the mid 80s that Police were instructed to shoot people within a certain distance.

people would be too angry if an iphone cost 2000! this way, they can play video games and be happy.

not Jan 7 because he was still president, but day one of the Biden administration should have been - we must hold this accountable - arrest him now and sort things out after. But Joe was too busy with his SCOTUS study group
comment in response to post
well - on the bright side, I am hopeful that Trump bankrupts the federal government and Blue states have a chance to rebuild sans the impediments of stupid.

Roy isn't the (main/biggest) problem - Lou is. Roy got them to play much better last year. This year, things fell apart and much of that is Lou thinking they were closer than they were and him making horrible moves for a player like Duclair.

we need someone in the press to 1. ask when he is bringing him back 2. who on his staff needs to do this?
comment in response to post
I'll throw some cold water and say evil like his lives forever.

I mean, only thing I can think is maybe part of these is KATs finger being a big issue and not wanting to address so opponents don't exploit, but these teams have the same data.
comment in response to post
Pete - we need someone from the Ds to run for president and help create a focus against the insantity. We need hope and we need someone to direct the fight and recruit.

he will eventually die.
comment in response to post
maybe you could send a letter to John Roberts, ask him if he wants he legacy to be one of sending America into the ditch.
comment in response to post
I will smile like those two bimbos (sorry) when Tiny Trump dies and is buried.😀

was driving past 85, long before he tumbled his car. My mother in law had a non-driver ID after her dementia caught up with her. WI voted for an amendment for voter ID. This is another losing issue that ordinary hear and think- why do Dems not want voter ID? Trump must be right.
comment in response to post
Honestly, this is some world class whining. Dems should have led on this issue. Yes, let’s have voter ID and let’s make that automatic when someone turns 18. No hardship, no need to pay for a passport. Instead, everyone whines and complains and you sound like a bunch of babies. My grandfather

Is that Elon in not a suit? Seems like he should say thank you or something.
comment in response to post
why doesn't a democratic group of congress people go down and ask to see him and bring back?
comment in response to post
Roberts could have avoided this problem - who and what did he think Tiny Trump was going to do? He is on the supreme court, can he be this dumb? Or was he blinded by corruption? I get Thomas is lost cause of a human being, but I didn't think Roberts was lost.
comment in response to post
same strategy trump employed as private citizen. all the resources of the federal govt, and I guess the only lawyers willing to do this illegal shit are dumb and overworked.
comment in response to post
There were some that did, larger business, not the big 500 types. But even what they could do was limited.
comment in response to post
Again - let’s have a blue state run a Sting on the idiot in the White House. Not hard to do. Ask the French for help. Have someone there reach to Trump, ask him to push for some corrupt outcome in NY, send the Crypto and wait for the dipshit to do his thing, preferably in person in NY.
comment in response to post
I don’t understand this insistence on pushing back on this. Maybe if Tulsi Gabbard had been required to produce ID when she voted, he crime would have been prevented: electionlawblog.org?p=149391
