The National Weather Service/NOAA hasn't gotten the memo about the name change yet. It'd be pretty badass if this turned out to be a bit of defiance from within, though I'm sure it's something less interesting, i.e., someone hasn't gotten around to changing it. So much for Government Efficiency.

This makes me really glad we file our taxes early every year. (We already got our refund back, which I wasn't sure would happen.) I feel bad for people who, for whatever reason, can't file early. I hope there aren't delays and lost refunds, but I worry about people who rely on those things.
