So when you look at Elon Musk and his contemporaries, I want you to think about how much Henry Ford loved Hitler. And I want you to think about what you can do in your personal creative endeavors to make degenerate art that questions the capitalist value of the dismemberment of what is human.

It is in the interest of every industrialist from Henry Ford to Elon Musk to ensure that the worker class remains fascinated with their technology. It is in their interest to punish artists who push back against a social tide that places the human being as a whole secondary to the machine.

Who is ACTUALLY most in danger and vulnerable right now? Is what you are doing focused on alleviating some of their suffering?

"What do you want?" Start with the food you want to eat. Or the clothes you want to wear. Start with the temperature you want to shower in. Let it expand to how you spend your time and who you surround yourself with. [5/6]

"What do you want?" Can you imagine the type of family you want to build, the community you want to be part of, the world you want to save? It's all connected , so practice with the small stuff in the places that scare you. [6/6]

Iā€™ve found that befriending, honoring, celebrating, even indulging my body rejuvenates me and allows me to show up more fully in all areas of my life. "What do you want?" ... [4/6]

At first, I'd wear them only when I knew no one elseā€”including my partnerā€”would see me in them. Now, I've got a few more pairs and wear them proudly. It may seem silly but I think this sort of shame-healing and desire-reclaiming work is vitally important. but... [3/6]

they were too effeminate. or too gay. or too sexual. or too submissive. or too SOMETHING. I worried what peopleā€” friends parents partnersā€” would think. So even though I'd browse for them often, I never bought them. Until a few years ago. [2/6]

Like Elijah, I want to stay holed up in my cave. But also like Elijah, I need to hear the reminder: "Go outside."

I have to take on a new hobby that I'm actually interested in. Or to put myself out there to meet someone new. i try to remind myself of that. Sometimes it takes a few minutes, sometimes a few hours, sometimes a few days, sometimes a few weeks. A few times, it's taken me months.

The paradoxcial reality is that I almost always have to do something to feel less overwhelmed. I have to talk to a friend or therapist. I have to take my meds. I have to go outside and look at the sun. I have to journal. I have to cook something fresh.

They are trying to fundamentally shift culture in ways that are *currently* not popular and are hoping with enough time and influence of propaganda, weā€™ll go along with it. Itā€™s never been more urgent to feed your mind on your own terms, with people who share your values & who will push you to grow

If you can establish limits with your Dom, you should be able to establish limits with God, too. If your submission in kink is freely given and revokable with a safe word if it gets to be too much, surely God would even more understanding?

"I'm familiar with that," he said. This seemed different. His T made sense. I never questioned it or thought it was vain of him. "I dunno, if it makes you feel more like yourself then I say go for it." Grateful for the reminder that it can be good to care about your body.

After I told my creative partner Shay about this, he reminded me that he had to buy me fidget toys because I would fidget with our podcast mic... while we were recording the podcast!
