As to WHY it's happening basically everything is down to user error on some end. It's highly possible that even with a properly functioning ground crew some/all still happen but it's a data point to say as their infrastructure starts crumbling accidents are already going up as they're the safety net

Now, kinda? 7ish accidents in the last month in a half is still an extremely low percentage of failures to overall flights but a large jump in average incidents.
It's highly probable that after a few months of the new normal things start getting much worse as all the glue has time to come undone.

As someone who will occasionally play fortnight to push buttons while talking to friends I understand the appeal but that frantic energy plus souls bosses seems like both a bad time and also a fantastic way to get a bunch of internet randoms yelling at you if you dare queue alone.

It was either when I was running track in HS, so late teens, or when I was doing Spartan/tough mudder obstacle course runs in my mid 20s.
I'd do my race(s), shower, eat a ton of food and then pass out. My ability to eat post race was exponentially higher than my day to day.

Extremely biased since I'm a native but New Vegas was a lot of fun to romp around in while playing Fallout. Liberties are obviously taken but the landmarks are roughly in the right spots.
