Yeah, some of them are really bizarre.
Also gives me fleeting, odd crushes. The other day, I found myself saying "Well, hello sailor" to Sir Francis Drake before giving myself a very big slap.

It did happen during Forrest Gump+maybe if I hadn't been so distracted by the film, I would have noticed far sooner that I was basically melting my thumbs off with chemicals.

Basic idiocy. Needed to remove stubborn residue of sticky pads from some perspex so improvised with nail varnish remover forgetting that cotton wool pads soak through both sides.
Currently throbbing and on fire. As my Dad sometimes says "for an intelligent girl, you aren't half thick".

Totally get this. It makes me panic and need to end the interaction immediately to save them (and myself) from my chit chat so I awkwardly end things so weirdly and abruptly that it confirms everything they were already thinking.

My inner 13/14yr old would prefer the little turbines in the first pic. More recognisable as what I see in the landscape and they just look pretty cool. ☺️. Good luck with the talk!
