#panicattacks suck especially when you're alone, I get the choking sensation, a bad cough, numb face/ hands/ legs, nausea, tight chest, pounding in my head and dizziness. #breathingexercises with water helps me, if I can drink I can breathe, in 5 hold 2/ sip water out 5 hold/ water repeat #anxiety
