I wish there was a way to have a break from my head to recharge & get back doing what I love
hopefully the new meds will start working soon if they dont create the break I need I'll be going back to my DR

I just had a panic attack I dont know how my support dog knew as she was sleeping downstairs she sprinted into my room dived on my bed shes snoring on my shoulder
Im not going to do anything Ive a safe space in the house and I stay there until Im calm
Plus I cant be the 5th person to abandon my dog

I also couldn't eat my dinner because I dropped my fork on the floor and my dog licked it. As my fork was being sterilised I had to use my plastic camping spoon to eat stir-fry

Alex has IVDD due 2 the attack as a puppy
I got April off of Preloved she is a Jack Russel cross Beagle I didnt meet her before she arrived it was a massive risk
She was underweight had an embedding collar since shes amazing & even saved my life

Ita really hard to know if shes straight or not, I don't think she is but she could just like wearing the same clothes as one of my guy friends, a girl in work used to dress the same & she had a boyfriend The girl did start talking to me the other week about piercings, I could ask if she got it done
