Sure. It's not AI generated though.

I'm the same, nothing like booting up and creating a new character in DS1.

A reasonable definition of "many" would probably be "a bit fewer than the majority", so 40+% sounds perfect.

Unless you're knowledgeable enough to know when the LLM is wrong (which it is, constantly), you're unlikely to outperform anyone.

I doubt I even kindled any bonfires my first run through the game, I at least never farmed anything, so I wouldn't go so far as to say unviable. However, it certainly does mess with the difficulty, it's weird that skill is rewarded by making the game easier instead of the other way around.

What I find so beautiful about Dark Souls is that levels don't really matter much as long as you keep your weapon upgraded. 12 levels is not all that meaningful in terms of stats. The trick with Sens fortress is more so that it's designed like a giant trap filled with traps.

The ship of Harkinian PC port comes with a randomizer included.

If people can fill forums with complaints about how difficult Soulsbornes are, I think it's fair that others can complain about other games being too easy. Though I would personally prefer if both groups just sticked to games which cater to their preferences.

For someone new, I would definitely recommend picking one weapon you like and sticking to it until you feel very comfortable. That way you get to enjoy what mastery of the game feels like, which will make learning other weapons more rewarding.

Not sure what AC game you're thinking of, but it's not Syndicate. It has the classic old school combat system, enemies go down in like 3 attacks, and it never says "COMBO".
comment in response to post
Agreed, people are sleeping on Syndicate since it was the last "old school" AC and people were understandably waiting for something new. That said, it's an extremely solid entry.

Personally going to stick to the Berlin Interpretation, everything else is RogueLite to me. So RogueLikes has to be turn-based grid-based complex RPGs with randomized worlds and permadeath. Like Rogue, Nethack, Caves of Qud and Crawl.

An insane NA thing is to put "creamer" or "whitener" in your "coffee".

Which is exactly why they decided to ban it. If the population think they get proper news from a platform controlled by a hostile foreign government, they are up shits creek when propaganda starts rolling out.

Absolutely, just played through Ocarina of Time again. There are tons of movies I haven't seen, doesn't stop me from rewatching ones I like. Same with games obviously.

Bloodborne and DS1 handily clear the rest. DS3 not too far behind tho. Elden Ring unfortunately completely broke through to the mainstream and is likely what FromSoftware will be going forward with, but personally I really don't like the open world, it completely ruins the pacing.

I like a challenge, games which actually force me to engage with the mechanics and learn how to play properly tend to keep me coming back for more.

Another fun thing is to play an AC in a city and then visiting that city as a tourist. "You see that church? I've been at the top and literally jumped down."

Great game. Can't really live up to CT IMO, but then again, most games couldn't. That soundtrack tho.

I'm guessing that the US has the same problem as Sweden. It's just not profitable enough to build cheap enough homes. We need more homes, but no one wants to build and sell homes that younger/poorer people can afford.

Would personally not include AC6, would put DS3 below DS1 and Bloodborne. Otherwise I pretty much agree. Would arguably put DS2 above Elden Ring, can't decide how much nostalgia plays a part.

No need for a truck, but would probably buy a kei car like a Hustler in Sweden if available. Cheap, cute, convenient. I rent it quite a bit here in Japan.

New England style IPA. Tend to be hazy, fruity and less bitter with a smoother mouthfeel.

You could just use the manual override that all cars have. The problem is getting in from the outside.

Of course, proton is a part of steam, not steamOS. It works perfectly fine on any linux distro.

Yup, cant find any other video of this, there would be tons. Definitely fake.

And dont forget Bloodborne!

Cleopatra lived closer to our time than to the time when the pyramids of Giza were constructed.

Not really applicable since they didn't develop a new standard, they picked the most popular one of the 14 and made it the standard.

Is this something you made up? All teslas have doors that can be opened manually if the electric locks aren't working, you literally can't be locked inside.

Is the misinformation a part or separate from the joke?

How is that relevant? Also no, she was protestant by the time she had Rembrandt.

As good as I think Black Mesa is, I definitely think the best way to experience HL is to start with the original, then go Opposing Force and then Blue Shift before going into HL2. Seeing the evolution of the games is part of the charm and HL1 is still a perfectly awesome game.

As someone with zero apetite before lunch, it's hard to find something I would disagree with more than this take.

Same, just starting up Dark Souls or Bloodborne still gives me chills.

Depends on how you calculate. European countries pretty much always export and import energy at the same time to balance the net, but overall Sweden is a net exporter of energy.

Reading up on Michael Holick's controversies section on wikipedia makes me think that yeah, he would call it a game-changer.

Andor is definitely not a kids show, and it's the best star wars content we've had in ages.

Finally did finish it last year, which makes me comfortable with slacking off in 2024.
