Not to diminish K's performance and interest, but the US population in 1993 was 260.3 million and it is now at 341. I'm always hesitant to make such comparisons. 🤷

I only meant to indicate that the Ryan White program was federal funding, not a foundation. Many people seem to think that it is a charity.

There is no Ryan White Foundation. It is federal funding through the HRSA’s HIV AIDS Bureau
