So I use an 18G SonoTap Tuohy from Pajunk.
In an ideal world I would use a 20g version of the same - but we just stuck with the first needle we got and it works pretty well.
I have asked for an NR-Fit version of this… have yet to see it!

Honestly it’s been a treat listening to BILIH during my regional SIA! Genuinely has added a lot of value (might have been mentioned in my HALO?). Our department formally move to NRFit equipment tomorrow, hopefully you find something that meets your king of block needs!

Really enjoyed that one - a block I’ve limited experience with as it’s largely reserved for thoracic surgery around these parts (either landmark or surgical catheter). Curious about needle choice that you mentioned - I assume it’s not a standard 16G touhy that you landed on?
