I read a business piece recently that started with, “M&A often revolves around two organizations charting either a new path or one that splits apart.”
Yup. Those are the options all right.

I still have one more episode to watch to finish S1. I don’t know what happens in that ep, but whatever it is it’s going to hit differently now.

Oh, thanks. I just looked up the year the game debuted - not realizing it was a sequel development.

We moved in 2023 and in late 2024 I had to go to a funeral mass and as I was getting dressed I realized I had no idea where my ties had gone in the move. Hadn’t worn one in a few years probably. Had to meet my father in law in a parking lot en route to borrow one.

I saw this on Broadway and oh my what a revelation. Pretty sure I prioritized it because I was a massive fan of the Floyd Collins recording and was thrilled Guettel finally had another show. Have to show the recording to my theater kid daughter.

When in God Give Me Strength, Elvis Costello, having sung the title line at the end of the first two verses in a falsetto, belts it out in the final verse. Beautiful moment of surprise.

Been waiting 30 years to experience this miracle of a song in a dramatic context, not just a musical one. Did not disappoint.
