That’s what they said about winter fuel payments too. Nats eh? All spin and no services.

Yes, they’re doing a magnificent job in government and negotiating deals like this. Oh, wait…

Now that is how to celebrate both a person and love in its simplicity and completeness.

That’s ludicrous bollocks. Without campaigners there would still be elections and therefore MPs. They are ‘in power’ because their electorates elected them, they are not the property of their zealot campaigners.

He doesn’t Lovett, that’s for sure.

What volume of murder, how indiscriminate the killing and what degree of deliberately planned death and removal does it need to reach to become a new holocaust?

Have we always been astounded by all these complete throbbers or is it just that they are now being much more revealed to us?

This mostly boils down to one thing for Labour, stop being useless cunts. You’re in government with a huge majority so fucking get on with governing. As an aside on that point, how about having a Chief of Staff who actually knows how to do Chief of Staff-y things?

I mean if the quid pro quo is also a shit-ton of new and additional electoral college delegates plus a fresh Presidential election I’d be tempted to say yes. Just to, you know, end the fascism.

What a pair of utter cunts.

“deserved it”. Jesus, You either win or you lose. If you lose it’s on you. That is the harsh electoral truth that you need to accept, otherwise you’re going to lose again next time. No one - absolutely no-one - can afford that.

Like faith, except with (often conflicting) evidence.

This is precisely correct.

It is disgusting. It’s inconceivable that at some stage Americans will not react. But then I look at your elected representatives and think you will just tolerate it. Which means, as the Manic Street Preachers sang, if you tolerate this then your children will be next.

In a Richard Burton voice I hope.

Yes it did - and then it didn’t. He’s proven what everyone suspected- that he’s a clueless idiot. Now that they KNOW that for certain there’s no way for him to unfuck himself or his government. Business is based on risk and certainty, he’s provided exactly the wrong kind of both.

I’m not sure that anything he says or briefs matters now. Confidence is gone.

Blaming the electorate is never a good idea. If you don’t win it’s on you, not them. Painful as that is.

Thank you.

I know to a degree I should, but I really don’t give one shiny fuck about these people going. I’d rather have their tax than not but at some point there’s a moral contract implied by living in the UK and contributing to it. When the ultra rich whine about eating carbs while others starve, I’m out.

Superb. Thank you for posting it.
