The purpose of the trans hostile EHRC and Labour stance can be clearly seen in the findings of the tribunal. Ergo, they know exactly what they are doing.

“ A child for whom living as she deserved to live is all too often a subject for political, religious and journalistic debate and dinner-table entertainment…at first I wasn’t much better than those dinner-party guests I scorn” Her Name Is Alice Buy a copy for a dinner-party ‘friend’. Change minds.

I glanced at it and knew it would be the usual, laughable crap.

Switzerland had a lovely tu e. Denmark were great. An odd competition though. Odd results.

Not in the least surprised. Once prejudice is so deeply rooted it becomes an ontological belief that this is how the world should, and must be. Its a short hop to anchoring bias.

Well, you know why. Honestly, you do don't you? Yeah. You do.

Bloody hell, this nails it.

There is no escaping the fact that he clearly preferred to see more suffering and less thriving. So my guess is its a personal prejudice, an ideological stance enforced upon him or placing personal gain over humanity

You're wasting your time. This one is like one of those narcissistic attention seekers who sets up a stall in the street saying "convince me otherwise".The answer is of course "Why, when you're a clueless nobody with a clear prejudice and not even being honest about it?" Best blocked.

So you're already lost. Time to block you as a time waster.

You need to clarify your question and articulate it without opening by shooting yourself in the foot. I know we can't prove why people are born gay or lesbian and that I'm about to assert you can't exist until someone proves you do, but let's bracket that out to do my favourite prejudice.
comment in response to post
You're not very good at this are you. The comparison was your premise that nothing metaphysical can exist unless proven with physical phenomena. Not an ontological comparison. Why choose God from my list. Why not being gay?
comment in response to post
Your first point is false. Second one what objective evidence is there for God? Laws? Gay? Lesbian? Any country? Any condition or disease whete we dont have a method of diagnosis such as chronici fatigue or depression? Having faith? Nationality? Etc etc etc etc

These privileged fuckwits cause low wages, shit job prospects, crap health care, high cost of living, impossible to buy homes, high rents to make their mates rich. Then tell kids to be tougher. How about we have a government that deals with all this rather than being racist, transphobic whingers.

He really is shit isn't he? Boring, monotone, pencil neck who hasn't got a single thought that's his own. He has to ask policy exchange which pants he has to wear when he changes them fortnightly.

If you are asked to leave you have to do so. But the act of banning you may often be winning the battle but losing the ear when it gets to court. If a premises owner can ask a trans person to leave and the GC activists say thats fine, then the premise has been set to demand they leave. Quid pro quo

Thanks, Merlin.

Just as with racism etc, the person demanding you leave would be an utter arse and the law would hopefully punish them.
comment in response to post
Of course buy that could be done for anything. Someone could ask you to leave because of skin colour. You'd still have to leave in reasonable time. It's afterwards action can be taken.

I would strongly advise others to become familiar with the law in this area so they can stay safe. I can only speak for myself

life. Leave if told. Then take legal action immediately.

and police to order someone off the toilet and out of the premises and then grab someone to do so while wiping themselves or washing your hands. How to check biological sex, against what definition? In the time it takes to pee? Not legal advice of course. But my stance would be to get on with my
comment in response to post
Trespass elements have been put into statute. She had made her intention to stay all night also. So it was in essence protest. Once asked to leave then the best move is to leave. Then take legal action. Use of force can occur if you refuse but it would be a very bold move by the staff
comment in response to post
Using a toilet is not an offence.
comment in response to post
Licensed premises laws relate to drunkenness and being drunk on licensed premises they are licensing matters. Not policing the toilets. If such was the case women would be thrown out for using the mens. Common law use of force is to prevent assault. The 1967 act is about arresting for offences.
comment in response to post
A breach of the peace is an act done or threatened, which puts someone in fear of assault, affray, riot or serious disturbance. Case law has firmed the point that it is the person causing this fear not someone just popping for a wee. It does not fit.

A segregationist apartheid policy to force transgender staff into a "third space" for "people like them" is not inclusion. Transgender is not an identity it us a method of transitioning to live you're life as male or female. Not in some shunned middle ground. Stop trans apartheid
comment in response to post
Transgender citizens are fleeing the UK. Driven out by ther systematic exclusion from social and work life where they are humiliated, forcibly outed and treated as an "other" to be segregated away from other citizens. The recent statement from RCN contributes to this humiliation.

Takes GB News so they can see him get tough on offshoring. Albanian PM is all, "Hahahaha, no." What an absolute joke of a PM. He needs to reset, fast, and make booting McSweeney and Streeting a key part of it.
comment in response to post
bsky.app/profile/robi... Why is the RCN persecuting its innocent gender transitioned staff by pushing them into apartheid 'third space' for 'their kind' that denies the very point of transition, 'others' them, outs them unlawfully to colleagues and panders to aggressive right wing segregationists.
