I often think of J6, where it feels like they were all waiting for Daddy to finally bring in the Real Soldiers to do all the dirty work, and when Daddy refused to risk plausible deniability, they just floundered until it all just fizzled out.

Cleverly posing as easily riled up egomaniacs for decades to trick the public into thinking they had an argument.

Once again, the exact events happened that everyone predicted, just even faster than we assumed. I'm honestly getting tired of always being 100% right about any assumption I ever make about these people.

I think Rivals is more focused on selling skins, so I think it makes sense for them to go for a more "classic" spidey as the default. iw ouldn't be surprised if the Tokon design gets added to Rivals whole cloth at some point.

Two dumb assholes who are convinced they're the smartest people on earth, both of whom thought they were manipulating an idiot to get their own desires.

Unless you specifically love Nintendo games far ahead of other games, there's pretty much no reason to get a Switch before a Steam Deck.

Storm has been getting a lot of love from Marvel lately and I am 100% here for it.

This is probably my most played game on my switch. Beating out the likes of Zelda, Mario Kart, Doom, even Stardew Valley or Animal Crossing. Can be both a relaxing number-go-up romp, or a fun puzzle to try and complete challenges.

All art is political. Even art that endeavors to not be political tells you a lot about what the creator does or does not consider to be "political".

I started my HBO Max subscription specifically to see this show...

Yes, but see, she was a child at that time, and therefore the world was exactly as she, a child, remembered it at the time.
That's really what it comes down to... some people grew up and learned the world was complicated, and convinced themselves that's something new.

I seriously think miyamoto just somehow didn't know who James Bond is before Golden eye came out on N64. Like, I seriously don't think he even knew it was based on a movie.

We've reached the point in isekai saturation that even deconstructions of isekai are overdone and predictable.

Probably one of my most rewatched hentai lol

At the end of the day, it's a kid's show. Not in a bad way, but the really blatant morals, the goofy monsters, a hero that mostly avoids violence... it's not exclusively made for kids, but the child audience is clearly a priority.

It's honestly not a bad thing, conceptually... it's the aggressive marketing directly to children that's fucked up. But also that marketing money is the only reason these things still exist.

At least it's not David Tennant again lol Oh god but there's a copy of David Tennant in the show now so I guess that's gonna be a thing...

I was really hoping for a mix of practical and digital, like Grogu from Mandalorian, but I'm sure that's probably more expensive and difficult to film. I think his design looks good and fits in with the look of the live action series.

I'm just now realizing he's not bothered by being called "A fascist moron" is because he doesn't know what all those words mean. Only Kindergarten-level insults will actually get through to him.

I think the thing is, being "Fiscally conservative' is now at complete odds with the actual Republican party, since their policies have changed to actively burning the economy as fuel for their personal power. The Dems have been much more fiscally conservative in the long run.

I bet that's a part of why he's convinced that any form of commerce that isn't just giving money directly to him is a "scam", because when you fall for as many scams as he does it could lead you to assume that's just what business is.

This is what happens when the leadership of the party were all raised in a time before Civil Rights. They just fundamentally can't understand what's happening and don't care.

Gotta see who's willing to have their fingerprints on actual evidence so Elon can maintain Plausible Deniability about everything that happened just in case this whole "install a puppet dictator" scheme fails.

It's wild that Repubs will just casually call every Dem they see a pedophile Marxist Communist regardless of who they're talking about or why, but Dem senators are still like, "I can't say anything rude to this man who's actively trying to kill my constituents... we exercise near one another!"

The fact that they dropped the "weird" angle is absolutely insane. The single best defense the party had and they dropped it because it was seen as "rude" to describe the most abhorrent people on earth with a modicum of of disrespect.

Okay. But turning on trans people is LOSING ELECTIONS. The Dems who are WINNING are the ones who make it clear they'll fight for BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHTS OF TRANS PEOPLE. The "Essential" concession has demonstrably had the opposite effect.

That's the weirdest part when I see people play along. It doesn't fix anything! They'll be even meaner to you going forward because you just taught them that it works! That's why bullies pick on the kid who doesn't fight back!

I find myself repeatedly thinking the only way to have an actual stable government is to cut out all the current Republicans, then once a giant, openly evil organization isn't the only other option, then we could start actually making a real government.

I feel like I haven't heard "Facts don't care about your feelings" earnestly in a while. I think the people who used to say that all the time got tired of their blatant hypocrisy being easily pointed out to them every time they said it.

All the AI bros just finished losing millions on NFTs and the Metaverse... now that they've got something that an average person might actually use at some point, they're desperate to figure out how to make actual money off of it.

over 1 million Americans died of a preventable illness, often as a direct result of the mandates and misinformation of a single political party... and somehow that political party is even more powerful than ever.
