Many fed employees, especially wage grade, don't use computers and email as a part of their daily assignments. They work in warehouses, hospital support services, cemetery and monuments etc. The people that I supervised likely could not satisfy that email request. elon has no idea. Not a clue.

If we are going to have a king, then we must create a new peasant class. They didn't have health care in the Dark Ages.

We're surrounded by flames and the #brokenpost can only say that it's getting warm in here.

The more juvenile and insulting you are, the better the chance that you will be noticed and promoted in this twisted administration. Cheung is going for the gold.

Well, with that crack team of medical researchers on the case, we might as well call autism conquered. More likely they will just stop reporting new cases and say they succeeded.

And I'm sure that voting Republican has a direct link to brain tumors. Prove me wrong without relying on all that suspect data from CDC.

Somehow I have a hard time visualizing the military brass saying "Thank you sir, may I have another." If they do, we're doomed.

So the message to drug dealers is that you are cool as long as you express fealty and pay tribute to Trump. Easy peasy. Business as usual.

And Elon's?

Based on these words, when is he going to put on the world's greatest manhunt and bring Putin in for his reckoning?

I should have seen this coming. When I was designing computers in the 80s and 90s, I was so excited at the possibilities of the then emerging technologies that gave us the internet. There were those, then, that worried about abuse but I never imagined the mess we have today and paid them no mind.

I miss the days when nutcakes were seen as such and relegated to the dark corners of society.

As someone who obviously knows more about computers than Elon, I was a lead designer of servers for decades, they are more than capable of handling this workload. If the workload increases, you add more servers or cores per server. It's called distributed workload.

Four years from now he'll still be blaming Biden for the chaos and mayhem that he (Trump) brought to our once great nation. It's the same perverted mind that believes Ukraine attacked Russia and at the same time claims Ukraine could have avoided being attacked if they used the right words.

Hmm. I would say it starts with a d.

Speak for yourself, Bannon. WE don't want anymore of the orange fool.
comment in response to post
So Bannon sees Musk for what he is but is too blinded by ideology to see these others for what there are. And this is not going to be hand to hand combat. What a jerk.

I hope he wastes his time for the next four years searching for the basement in Comet Ping Pong.

I'm not sure that he gives a shit, even about Fox.

And the Jews in the Warsaw Ghetto marched to the German border and then murdered and pillaged all the way to Berlin.

Tiger, Tiger, Tiger. I hope you talked about more than golf. This was your chance to stand up for POC all over the world. If you didn't, then you are just a duffer once you are off the course.

Transparency for thee and not for me. And don't get me started on the sheer pettiness of the man. So much for so-called masculinity.

So our mutual descent into MAGA hell continues unabated. The GOP Senate either has no spine, no conscience, or is in fear for their lives. I believe it is all three.

We can only hope she learned from that debacle. We need ThinkProgress, or its equivalent now more than ever.

What has it come to when I hear this kind of cowardly shit from an administration official while I am hearing truth from Pence, McConnell, and Bannon.

So he wants to buy off the resistance. As if a few extra dollars will make up for the loss of my country's standing in the world and the coming collapse of our economic and legal system.

I think Goebbels would actually admire the work of his ideological spawn. Miller, I'm thinking of you.

And this is how it will end if we don't stop it: "My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings; Look on my Works, ye Mighty, and despair! Nothing beside remains. Round the decay Of that colossal Wreck, boundless and bare The lone and level sands stretch far away.”

Until the inevitable coronary. His diet and lack of any real exercise will take its eventual toll.

Someone must have been really mean to him when he was young for him to become so ugly and callous. Or maybe it's just genetics.

So that is the end game. Not on my watch. Man the ramparts!

Exceptionally untalented, dumb, and vile.

I hate agreeing with Bannon but, yeah! I couldn't have described Musk any better.

Ok, now when it is time for the FCC to allocate valuable frequency bands to companies such as Comcast, AT&T, etc. the President can steer the decision to the companies that support him the most, financially.

Sooner rather than later. For the good of the country and my sanity.

Once again, he is trying to establish the lies that Ukraine started the war and also should have surrendered to avoid a war. The lies are in conflict but that doesn't matter to him or to the millions who believe Fox and X over reality.

When you are obeying the whims of a madman rather than the mission you signed up for. I am getting tired of repeating "This will not end well."

Something tells me that those beliefs are not deeply held, they are just for show. Although I do not practice any religion these days, I was raised Christian and what these people support contradicts everything I was taught in Sunday School.
