Explaining who else benefits from DEI the most and who all DEI protects falls on deaf ears. Their goal isn't to make the world a better place for all. They will accept a lower quality of life and loss of opportunity if it ensures you don't get a shot at it either.

And people's instinct will be to do some type of public outcry but that only works if it will lead to consequences. Ain't none, at least not right now. "This is discrimination" literally is not a thing anymore. We gotta start over. Like over over.
