I’m pretty uninterested in if he was “justified” or if “we should support him”, but I can’t deny this powerful sense that he is the predictable output of the nightmarish ways our society is cracking at the seams and I similarly can’t get too precious about the breakdown in law and order basically

Counterpoint, "just move on and don't hold anyone accountable for past actions" is a big reason why this mess exists

Mr Willis, you just summed up in one tweet/skeet/whatever what I've been trying to say for days. You can tell the Democratic response to Trump has been inadequate and ineffective because there aren't any Republicans complaining about it.

We already had that, Mark. It was called the library. Then tech billionaires voted for people who closed them down and tried to convince us a technology based on theft and using up huge quantities of water and power while driving up prices of other tech was better. Give me libraries back any day.

I still defend that if Biden would have walked on stage to their first debate and socked him and walked directly off it would have been the end. 24/7 news cycle of the punch, the audacity, taking away his tough guy persona, just suck all the air out of him forever.

I'm gonna have to dig deep but there was a fantastic article a few years ago I read about how computers shouldn't make determinations because they cannot be held legally liable. It seems logical but it laid it out so clear. Pre AI boom even, so none of these fucks must have read it.

I wonder if Paul DeJong would be willing to try the backup role. Could cover most of the IF and be playable insurance in a few spots for a time as Shaw protection.

Even if they don't win it, every single thing should be a battle. Nothing should come easy or free. Every way to disrupt or delay is less time for them to do something.
